Customer Terms of Use Agreement

Thank you for choosing Crestview Lane Interiors ("Company"). By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:  

1. Services We Offer the Following Packages:  

Illuminate Package ($479): Lighting upgrades to enhance the ambiance and functionality of your home.  

Renew Package ($1,479): Kitchen updates, including finishes and fixtures, for a refreshed and modern look.  

Retreat Package ($979): Bathroom updates for a luxurious and relaxing space.  

Streamline Package ($779): Home organization tailored to your needs.  

Harmonize Package ($279): Expert paint color selection with revisions.  

Curate Package ($1,279): Personalized furniture and décor recommendations.  

Crestview Luxe Living Bundle ($2,479): Combines Illuminate, Renew, and Retreat at a discounted rate. Introductory pricing is limited.  

Full package details are provided upon booking. Services outside package scope may incur additional fees.  

2. Payment & Refunds 

Payment is due upon booking.  Additional work beyond the scope of the package will be billed at $150 Hourly Rate.  All payments are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities 

Clients must provide timely access to the property and ensure accurate information about design preferences and space.  Coordination with third-party vendors may incur additional fees.  

4. Photo Usage  

Crestview Lane Interiors reserves the right to photograph projects and use the images for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.  Client names and personal details will not be shared without explicit permission.  If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us in writing before services begin.  

5. Service Changes & Liability  

We may adjust service timelines or scope due to unforeseen circumstances or client requests.  The Company is not responsible for third-party delays or issues arising from pre-existing conditions or items left in work areas.  

6. Intellectual Property  

All designs, plans, and materials created by the Company remain the property of Crestview Lane Interiors and cannot be reproduced or redistributed without permission.  

 7. Disputes & Amendments  

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in Hillsborough County.  The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time; any changes will take effect upon posting to our website.  

8. Acceptance  

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
